Property claims may be settled based on the “same kind and quality” premise. This premise causes a major problem when it is assumed that most families have a color television set and what is not assumed is that you actually had a flat screen, 50 inch, worth $3,000. Custom made, and high end property items do not fall with in the assumed standard and it will have to be proven that you had such items in order to financially recover in the case of an insurance claim. Our detailed inventory and photo record will be an invaluable tool at this time.

We will work with you to create a detailed, third party record of your property which will be documented in our secure business software. The completed inventory will be submitted to you in a professional format that is most preferred by insurance companies, law enforcement, adjusters, and financial planners.

Annual Storage Option:

If you choose, for a minimal cost, we will store a copy of your record in a bank safety deposit box for the period of one year following the completion of your inventory. Your digital photographs, and inventory record will be made available to you, at no additional charge during that year in the event of a claim. Just call or email us at sales@ForTheRecordNM.com and we will fax or mail a copy of your records to your insurance company and/or local police department. If you do not choose our storage option, we strongly encourage you to store your record in a safe, off site location.

Annual Update Option:

Annual updates are available for a minimal cost, which includes a new data CD, updates to your inventory, and updated reports.
