BRONZE - $320.00

Silver - $395.00 - most popular!
Includes all items in the BRONZE package plus:
- Additional 1 hour of time (for a total of 4 hours)
- Safe Storage Service (Data CD & Report safe deposit box storage for 1 year)
Gold - $420.00
Includes all items in the BRONZE and Silver package plus:
- Video Documentation (Includes: DVD of all interior rooms & home/business exterior)
Landlord/Tenant Protection Plan $180/hr (minimum of 2 hours)
- Document pre-move in condition (interior and exterior)
- Photos of pre-existing deficiencies
- Report to be signed by Landlord and Tenant

Payment Procedures:
