A well documented inventory will allow you to show quantity, description, and amount of loss or damage associated with the property when filing an insurance claim. Additionally, an inventory will assit you and your insurance agent in securing the proper coverage and services for your property. Not having an inventory and relying on memory alone can be a costly mistake.
Q:How important is an inventory if my property is lost or stolen?
A:Having a well documented inventory will allow you to easily provide accurate, specific information about your property to law enforcement when reporting lost, stolen, or damaged property. Law enforcement will be empowered to utilize additional resources and crime fighting tools such as N.C.I.C.
A:N.C.I.C stands for National Crime Information Center. N.C.I.C is a computerized index of criminal justice information which includes stolen property in addition to missing person information, and criminal record history. The N.C.I.C database provides for prompt disclosure of information which assists in apprehending fugitives, locating missing persons and locating and returning stolen property.

There is no need to change your lifestyle in preparation for an inventory. Your home does not need to be in perfect order and children, pets, toys, etc. are no problem. The most important thing is that we can access and see the property to be inventoried. We will accommodate your needs and are flexable.
Q:What items will you document?
