A Civil Standby is when a Police Officer or Sheriff’s Deputy stands by to keep the peace in a situation involving a civil dispute, not a violation of the law. The officer or deputy acts as a neutral party. This is common in domestic or landlord/tenant disputes, where one party wants to remove his or her property from a dwelling for example.

Law Enforcement resources are limited and often, more time is needed for parties to resolve their property issues. Finally there is a solution!

Our company can provide a neutral party for civil standby for as long as needed. We act as the neutral party in such cases as divorce or landlord/tenant disputes.
